We went for a wander along the old Stuart Hwy first up this morning. Walked about 2kms before a leisurely breakfast and pack up.
We've set up camp early today, about 10.15am. At this stage there's no one else here.
Took a drive into Katherine to stock up on groceries. This will be the last big supermarket before we get back to Mt Isa in a week or 2.
Helicopters coming and going.
The ammenities are very clean and the showers were hot.
Today we travelled 61kms hitched to the campground and 36kms unhitched.
Today's temperature was more pleasant, it only got to 30.7°.
