Day 50. Cobbold Gorge 22.8.23

 

Morning pano of the entrance to Cobbold Gorge. 

We decided to walk to Russell's lookout and took a different track back, walking over 7kms in the bush. The last part was very steep and challenging. 

We had to turn right at cow corner. 

This morning we paddled the canoes on the dam and swam in the pool after our walk.

Mark tried out the wet bar with an espresso martini.

I stayed on the dry side and had a zing zing cocktail. 

Sat around the fire for a bit to relax after a busy day.

Sadly tomorrow we move on.
