Day 18. Jabiru. 21.7.23.

As we were heading back to Jabiru today we decided not to leave before 10.30.

After Gunther got a bit closer with the drone the croc turned around.

We had a leisurely departure and checked in to the Kakadu Lodge campground just before 11.30am. Dean has moved on to the Karnamarr campground. We will catch up with him again tomorrow. 

A few hours of rest time was had before we headed off on our next adventure to the Nourlangie area to view some more rock art and do some bush walks.

We moved on to the Anbangbang Billabong for a quick look.

We climbed up a mountain to get to the Nawurlandja lookout. Another amazing view. Kakadu certainly hasn't disappointed us.
