Day 49. Cobbold Gorge 21.8.23

It was a bit chilly overnight,  the BoM said it got down to 12.6°.

Went on a bush walk this morning before heading up to the Cafe area for a coffee as it's the only spot where I can get phone reception.

A stitched pano of the infinity pool beside the dam.

We had a fabulous tour of the gorge. It include a guided 1.5km bush walk as well as a boat ride.

A very dry Robertson River.  This is where the water supply comes from. The water still flows about 1.5m below the surface.

Sandstone escarpment.

Glass bridge, the largest in Australia.
We had to wear blue covers on our shoes.

Views from the bridge.

Duck Rock!

It was a tight squeeze in some places with the gorge being reduced to about 2 metres.

We finished an awesome day with a very delicious dinner at the Gorge Restaurant.

We’re supposed to do this tour last year, so definitely on the bucket list
